Data Storage

All data you enter in Reseräkning — including travel expenses, receipts, case IDs, and personal information — is stored exclusively in the following locations:

• Locally on your device
• In your personal iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled)

Your data is never sent to any external servers controlled by the developer. Only you have access to your information.

iCloud Synchronisation

If you use iCloud sync, your data is transferred between your devices using Apple's iCloud infrastructure. This data is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to data stored in your iCloud account.

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings under iCloud → Reseräkning.

Photos and Camera

The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of scanning and attaching receipts to expense entries. Photos and scanned receipts are stored only on your device and in your iCloud account. They are never uploaded to any external server.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or usage data
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No data shared with third parties
• No crash reports sent to external services

PDF Export

When you export a travel expense report as a PDF, the file is generated locally on your device. You choose where to send or save it — the developer never receives a copy.

Children's Privacy

Reseräkning is a professional tool intended for use by adults in medical and healthcare professions. It is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
